  2. Maintain a Stable Bluetooth Connection:
    Your ring can only notify you about calls and messages that arrive while it’s actively connected via Bluetooth. Any notifications received before the connection is established won’t trigger an alert on the ring.

  3. Check “Do Not Disturb” Mode:
    If Do Not Disturb is enabled (either on your phone or within the app), your ring won’t vibrate or light up for incoming calls or messages.
